708,750. Opening cartons. MARDON, SON & HALL, Ltd., and PAL PERSONNA BLADES, Ltd. Sept. 18, 1952 [Sept. 18, 1951], No. 21836/51. Class 66 A blank for a carton for wrapped razor blades comprises front and rear panels 1, 2, Fig. 1, side panels formed from panels and flaps 3, 4, 5 and top and bottom ends formed from flaps 6, 7, 8, 9, the front face panel 1 being slit nearly or wholly across its width at 12 and having a pair of weakening lines 10, 11 extending as shown, the arrangement being sudh that the carton may be opened as in Fig. 2. The slit 12 may be straight or curved and the rear face panel may be provided with weakening lines similar to those on the front panel so that the carbon may be opened as shown in Fig. 5.
