705,818. Spray-producers &c. HARING, M. A. Aug. 22, 1952 [Aug. 1, 1952], No. 21091/52. Class 69 (3) Liquid passes from a line 3 into a cylindrical member 8 having one or more tangential outlets in its wall, so that the liquid is whirled during its passage from a casing 11 through a duct 13 in a conical member 12. The liquid then strikes a concentrically ribbed or grooved conical surface of a member 14, and the resultant liquid stream 18 is deflected into an air stream 17 which issues from an air line 2 and which is deflected by a cone 4.
