700,961. Magnets. BOHLER & CO. AKT.- GES., GEB. Jan. 31, 1952 [Jan. 31, 1951], No. 2628/52. Class 35 A pot-type annular magnet assembly has a central magnet 3 with a soft piece of iron 4 on it, a non-magnetic resilient centering ring located between the yoke 1 and the iron 4 so as to press the latter on the magnet and also to press the magnet against the yoke bottom. The centering ring may be of brass and has a form of a truncated hollow cone whose outer edge fits a groove provided in the inner wall of the yoke 1. The magnet 3 is held rigidly in position on the base of the yoke I only by the pressure of the ring 5.
