Class 110(ii) Two parallel rotors 2, 3 of different diameters, have their threads arranged according to the expression b=a+1, where b is the number of threads on the smaller rotor and a the number on the larger rotor the threads forming closed chambers. For an engine, fluid under pressure is admitted through a port 11 and exhausted through an outlet 12, to drive a shaft 13.
