662,293. Reciprocating pumps. GIUSTI & SON, Ltd., T. June 1, 1950 [June 28, 1949]. No. 17077/49. Class 102 (i). A dispensing pump comprises a hopper I that is tapered and connects through a non-return valve 7 to a cylinder 8 containing a piston 9 fitted with a non- return valve 15. The piston rod 10 is connected to a lever 25 pivoted on a stand for the pump. The rod 10 has several grooves 23 and a stop 21 can be attached by a screw 22 co-operating with one of the grooves 23 to vary the stroke of the piston. The cylinder 8 has a delivery spout 18.
