Abstract

A stimulating foodstuff or health beverage is prepared by finely dividing onion, adding water, sugar and yeast and fermenting the mixture and filtering the liquid product obtained which may be evaporated to dryness in a vacuum and formed into pills. Small amounts of zinc acetate may be added. May be administered to diabetics.
