Предложенный способ лишен указанного недостатка. Сущность изобретени  заключаетс  в том, что дрожжи кип т т вместе с отжатым соком из картофел  и моркови. Картофель после сортировки, мойки и чистки поступает на измельчение и отжимку. Отжатый сок фильтруетс  и подаетс  в варочный котел, в который заливаютс  морковный сок и дрожжи. Полученна  смесь перемешиваетс , подогреваетс  и кип титс  в течение 5 мин. Затем смесь перекачиваетс  в вакуум-сборник, где она смешиваетс  с витаминизированным каротином молоком и поваренной солью. Кроме того, в смесь вводитс  витамин D.
