[Class 136 (iii)] A handgrip for a bicycle in which the closed end is provided with a conical core 2, which, in the fixing of the grip 1 is driven into a bush 7 pushed into the end of the handlebar 5, the bush being formed of a short ring made of artificial resin, short in proportion to the length of the grip, the ring lying against the inner wall of the handlebar along the whole of its outer surface. The bush 7 is split along its length at 11 and is provided with a collar 8. The inner wall of the bush may be conical corresponding with the surface 14 of the core 2 and the opening surface 9 may be bevelled or rounded.
