626,414. Bed settees. SENG CO. June 26, 1947. No. 16876. Convention date, Sept. 27, 1946. [Class 52 (ii)] A bed settee comprises a seat portion 10 and a back portion 7 hinged together at each side on pivots 12 by means of hinge plates 11, 9 which are pivotally connected to the supporting frame by pairs of links 13, 14. The supporting frame has front, rear and side rails. 3, 4, 5 and the back 7 in settee position is positioned with its rear face in line with, and abutting, the rear rail 4. Limiting stops 19 and a spring 20 to assist the movement of the parts are provided. The supporting frame forms a box for the bedding.
