Abstract

612,948. Door locks. WILMOT-BREEDEN, Ltd., and SATCHWELL, F. J. June 11, 1946, No. 17390. [Class 44] A door fastening comprises a casing a and two slidable bolts c, d, the longer bolt c having a projection g extending sideways behind the inner end of the bolt d for engagement by a spring i arranged in line with the bolt d. The projection g also extends upwardly through an opening h in the casing and cooperates with a hand lever m, arranged to move at right angles to the plane of the door, by means of which the bolt c may be withdrawn. The other bolt d is actuated by the projection n on a barrel lock f engaging a slot o in the bolt.
