[Class 38 (iv)] [Also in Group XXXVIII] Speed.-A control for matching the speed of one rotor power unit with a master power unit comprises a commutator switch rotated automatically in accordance with differences between the speeds to control selectively the energization of field windings of a motor comprising a permanent magnet rotor, whereby to change the setting of a regulator determining the speed of the first unit. Systems adapted to control a number of units from one master unit of which one is adapted also to select any one of the units as master are described as in Specification 569,213, which is referred to.
