[Class 136 (i)] In cycle hande-bars 13 within which brake levers rotate, and which are mounted in a sleeve 7 secured to the steering stem 3, the sleeve 7 has a wall 11 providing a journal for the brake lever 19. A lamp body is formed integral with the hollow sleeve 7. A cylindrical sleeve 17 forms an additional journal for the brake. The front end of a rearwardly extending lever 23 is secured to the inner end of the brake lever 19 and the rear end is received in and pivotally mounted to the bifurcated upper end portion of a brake rod 31.
