[Class 38 (i)] The screw of an Edison screw - lamp holder is formed of a spring 8 having one end anchored in the housing 1 by a set-screw 9 and secured to a terminal 5 and the free end 11 posi tioned in a recess 10 tc prevent the spring from riding out of the housing or tightening on the lamp cap. A skirt 15 may be provided.
