568,738. Lamp-holders. LUCAS, Ltd., J., and NEILL, R. L. July 22, 1943, No. 11951. [Class 38 (i)] A holder especially for vehicle lamps has its contact or contacts carried by a resilient body that insulates the contact and presses it resiliently against the lamp cap. A ring c attached to a reflector a receives a flange e which is attached to the lamp cap and closes a hole through which the lamp b is passed, the flange resting against the circumference of the hole. The supply lead m passes through a resilient rubber block j fitted into a cap g, its head k carrying a contact n attached to the lead. The cap g has three bayonet-joint fingers i that enter slots h in the ring c to hold the contacts f, n in contact, with the head k of the block under compression.
