[Class 80 (i)] A V-belt comprises a plurality of layers 1, 2, 3, of leather, secured to each other to form a body portion of trapezoidal crosssection, a thin strip of grain split leather 5 being secured to each side wall to contact the co-operating pulley. The top and bottom of the belt may also be covered with grain split leather.
