[Classes 123 (ii) and 123 (iii)] In a boiler having two separate furnaces 14, 15 and superheaters 21, 24 arranged as described in the parent Specification, the secondary superheater 24 and its furnace 14 are disposed adjacent the main boiler tube bank 12, and the main furnace 15 and the primary superheater 21 are remote from the main tube bank. The primary superheater has a larger heating surface than the secondary superheater and is screened by a lesser generating surface. French Specification 643,712 is referred to.
