Abstract

534,760. Valve amplifying circuits. ERICSSON TELEPHONES, Ltd., and HOPWOOD, F. W. Nov. 13, 1939, No. 29932. [Class 40 (v)] A complex wave form which is resolvable into a plurality of component wave forms having amplitudes approximately inversely proportional to their frequencies is applied by means of a transformer T<SP>2</SP> to the grid of a valve V whose load impedance comprises a plurality of circuits C 1 L 1 , C 2 L 2 , C 3 L 3 , each tuned to the frequency of a wanted component and each having the same effective resistance and inductance. With this arangement, the gain of the valve is proportional to frequency and so the output voltages of the component frequencies are the same. The input is supplied by the arrangement described in Specification 520,842.
