534,064. Thermionic valves. MULLARD RADIO VALVE CO., Ltd. Dec. 22, 1939, No. 32780. Convention date, Dec. 28, 1938. [Class 39 (i)] In a push-pull amplifier the two control grids 2, 3 and anodes 8, 9 are arranged symmetrically about the cathode 1, the conductors thereto and the cathode conductors with their internal contacts being arranged at the same side of the valve. The grids may be formed by rods and be screened from each other by rods 4, 5. Screen and suppressor grids 6, 7 may be used.
