531,529. Finings for beer &c. ENZYMIC MALT CO., Ltd. July 25, 1939, No. 21652. Convention date, Aug. 6, 1938. [Class 14 (ii)'] In preparing finings, isinglass is dissolved in malt wort which has ben acidified by the action of lactic acid bacteria, or in an extract of malt soured with lactic acid as described in Specification 339,047, [Class 14 (ii)].
