[Class 14 (ii)] [Also in Group V] Isinglass is formed into a fluffy fibrous, flocculent or powdered form by a process of disrupture as distinguished, from rolling or cutting, for example, by beating it by rapidlymoving blades while suspended in air. The product may be mixed with dry tartaric acid and acid sulphites and dissolved in water, or may be dissolved in acid solutions to obtain finings for beer &c.
