Abstract

531,430. Plant. BEAUCHESNE, P. July 21, 1939, Nos. 21288 and 21289. Convention dates, July 25, 1938 and Sept. 30, 1938. Drawings to Specifications. [Class 7 (ii)] Exhaust gases, mixed with excess air, are diverted to a producer gas plant in which reduction occurs to carbon monoxide, and the discharge from the plant returned to the combustion chamber of the engine, wherein petrol or other liquid fuel may also be used.
