[Class 91] A liquid fuel for internal-combustion engines comprises a mixture of petrol, gas oil or mazout either singly or together, and potassium chlorate up to one-thousandth part by volume. In an example, one-third part of petrol is mixed with two-thirds parts of gas oil or mazout or mixtures thereof, and one ten-thousandth part by volume of potassium chlorate.
