Abstract
525,343. Valve generating circuits. FIDES GES. FUR DIE VERWALTUNG UND VERWERTUNG VON GEWERBLICHEN SCHUTZRECHTEN. Feb. 17, 1939, No. 5415. Convention date, Feb. 17, 1938. [Class 40 (v)] In a generator having a crystal oscillating at its natural frequency included in the back coupling path the back coupling path and external impedance of the valve include elements whereby they offer real impedance values so that current and voltage are in phase therein. The Figure shows an arrangement employing a tuned transformer 2 so that the crystal 5 operates between impedances which are real and small in relation to the impedance of the crystal at resonance. As shown, the crystal may be made up as a unit together with an inductance 6 and condenser 7 which serve to adjust the frequency, while the voltage divider 3, 4 allows the adjustment of the amount of back coupling.
