[Class 131] In a dry shaver the reciprocating toothed blade 5 has a bevelled edge face 5a in the same plane as the surface 1c of the fixed comb 'teeth 1<SP>1</SP> so that the face 5a contacts closely with the skin. The parts are held together by a clamp 6 having a spring plate 7 which is disengaged therefrom by swinging it about a stem 1b.
