Abstract

516,975. Spray nozzle for shower bath &c. CAWDERY, W. H. July 12, 1938, No. 20700. [Class 69 (iii)] [Also in Group I] A spray nozzle for a shower bath &c. in which hot and cold water or a mixture thereof may be delivered, comprises two concentric passages A<3>, A<4> for hot and cold water respectively having restricted outlets D', D<2> and an auxiliary member into or against which the waters are directed and form a mixed spray. As shown in Fig. 3 the liquids mix in a chamber formed in a cap E and are discharged through a nozzle F. As shown in Fig. 6 the liquids impinge against a curved conical plug K. The liquid to either of the passages may be regulated by a screw down valve.
