[Class 71] [Also in Groups II and VI] Carbonating apparatus comprises an injector having opposed, adjustable nozzles one of which has a conical sleeve encircling the other which is fitted with lateral passages. The water inlet B communicates with the nozzle H which is adjustable by means of a hand wheel M and has a sleeve K encircling the nozzle J having the lateral openings j. Gas is admitted by the pipe C and the mixture impinges against a cup N passing thence to the storage chamber.
