545,151. Nozzles. BOOTHMAN, P. R. Oct. 10, 1940, No. 15100. [Class 69 (iii)] A fire hose nozzle incorporating a jet and a spray which can be used separately or together comprises a body 1 having non co-axial passages 3, 4 each of which is controlled by a separate valve 5, 6 and leading to a spray outlet 12 and jet 11 respectively. The spray outlet may be flared and bent upwardly terminating in a slot shaped orifice.
