Abstract
376,947. Shower-baths. JACKSON, J., Hillcrest, Larkhall, Lanarkshire. July 9, 1931, No. 19732. [Class 26.] In an attachment for a bath or other vessel, of the type in which a pump delivers from the bath &c. to a fitting 2, a power-driven pump 4 is employed to deliver the water at a pressure sufficient to give a sting- ing effect. The attachment may be a permanent fixture, the pump communicating with the bath by means of a pipe 6 passing through an aperture in the shell of the bath. In another form, the attachment is detachable, the pump being fed by means of a pipe passing over the roll of, and dripping into, the bath. Chemicals may be added to the water.
