[Class 122 (i)] [Also in Group XXVIII] The piston of a refrigerating compressor is provided with a packing ring 8, a felt apron 9 dipping into oil on the down stroke, a collar 10, and a headpiece 11 reducing clearance and forming with the collar an oil space 12, and a second packing ring 13.
