444,981. Lubricating rotary compressors ; preventing oil leakage. BOSCH AKT.-GES., R., 4, Militõrstrasse, Stuttgart, Germany. Feb. 21, 1935, No. 5535. Convention date, Feb. 26, 1934. [Classes 110 (ii) and 122 (v)] In a rotary compressor, oil leaking from a bearing f is collected in a chamber u and passes through a duct v into an annular chamber w surrounding the bearing f. A pipe x connects the chamber w to the suction port on the top of the compressor so that the oil leakage is drawn into the compressor. Lubricant under pressure is supplied through a passage m, a sieve n, ducts o, p in the shaft d, and spaces q, r, s, in the rotary piston c, to the ends of the piston and bearing bushes f.
