[Class 38 (v)] [Also in Group XXXV] In an arrangement for producing A.C. from a D.C. source and comprising a condenser in series with a vibratory reversing switch and the operating coil thereof, the switch comprises a pair of spring blades 34 mounted one behind the other in a block 36 and co-operating with pairs of contacts 39, 40. The operating coil 43 is mounted on an E-shaped core 42 co-operating with an armature 41 carried by the blades 34.
