502,680. Distilling solutions of boron fluoride. DU PONT DE NEMOURS & CO., E. I. Sept. 21, 1937, No. 25636. Convention date, Oct. 10, 1936. [Class 32] Boron fluoride is separated from its admixture with water by distilling the mixture under at least two different pressures. The pressures may be subatmospheric and atmospheric or 'atmospheric and superatmospheric, the fluoride distilling at the higher pressure. The distillation may be carried out in the presence of an aliphatic acid, such as acetic acid.
