500,273. Valve circuits for wireless reception. SABBATINI, A., and LEONARDI, A. April 30, 1937, No. 12403. Void. Convention date, April 30, 1936. [Class 40 (v)] Selectivity is increased by frequency multiplication at the receiver. The Figure shows a circuit with two stages of multiplication 2, 3 between the high frequency amplifier 1 and the detector 4. The circuits are ganged tuned and a frequency changer may be used before the stages of frequency multiplication in which case the circuits are fixedly tuned.
