456,074. Valve detecting circuits. MAEDA, H., 324, Nakanobu-cho, Ebara-ku, Tokio. June 7, 1935, No. 16648. Convention date, Aug. 13, 1934. [Class 40 (v)] A detecting circuit arrangement comprises a two grid valve the anode and control grid circuits of which are back-coupled to produce oscillations, the output being taken from the second grid circuit. In the Figure the valve 13 acts as the first detector of a superheterodyne receiver the anode circuit being magnetically coupled to the control grid circuit 11 through coil 14, while the intermediate frequency output is taken from the screen grid circuit 16.
