[Class 117] In screening - apparatus of the kind comprising a screen box 1 resiliently mounted on a frame 3 resiliently supported on the base structure and carry. ing the means for driving the screen box, the frame 3 is mounted on the base structure by links 5 and springs 11 so as to have a reciprocating movement in a vertical plane. The screen box is mounted on the frame by resilient strips 2 parallel with the links 5, and by rubber buffers or springs 7 carried in a bridle 9 on the frame and adjustably tensioned by screws 8. The driving connection consists of an eccentric shaft 10 on the frame, a connecting'rod 12, and a link 13 pivoted to the screen box at 14 and acting between buffers 15.
