[Class 51 (i)] Heat-radiating combustion apparatus S for furnaces comprises at least three superposed tubes 9. 10, 11 connected at their ends within the furnace by headers .12. The other ends of the tubes are outside the furnace. the lower tube being supplied with fuel by a burner 13 and the ends of the upper tubes being provided with suction producing devices 14, 15 and dampers 18.
