[Class 110 (ii)] [Also in Group XXVIII] A pump d supplies oil to a second pump f, of smaller capacity, or to a throttling device, which passes on to an internal-combustion engine a, the amount of oil required for lubrication. At high atmospheric pressure on the container c the pump d delivers an excess to the pump f, or device, and the excess returns to the container past a non-return valve h. The two pumps may be placed in one casing.
