Lubricant conveyed by fluid.-A pipe a leading from the oil pump or sump of an internal-combustion engine is connected through a spring- pressed valve d to the induction pipe B, whereby oil is pumped or drawn into the latter, the valve d being connected by a link d<2> to the accelerator pedal or lever E. A pipe a<1> branching from the pipe a may be connected to a gauge.
