Abstract

485,891. Valve circuits. TELEPHONE MANUFACTURING CO., Ltd., and PADDLE, L. H. March 4, 1937, No. 6441. [Class 40 (v)] A relay controlling an alarm circuit is included in the cathode lead of a valve so that the voltage across the relay can be used to bias the grid of the valve. The relay may comprise all or part only of the bias resistance and is shunted by a byepass condenser. A single alarm device may be provided for a number of valves, the contacts of the several relays being connected in parallel.
