481,342. Draught - excluders for doors and windows. HANDELS - EN INGENIEURS - BUREAU MONACHIMOFF & PETERS N. V. May 6, 1937, No. 12975. Convention date, July 10, 1936. [Class 20 (iii)] A draught - excluder for metal windows and doors of the kind comprising a metal strip having a channel-shaped part gripping a flange of the frame or sash has a substantially V-shaped part extending from the channel at rightangles, the free limb 9 of the V-shaped part engaging a meeting flange of the ash or frame when closed. The channel may have an inturned edge 7 engaged in a retaining groove in the flange and the end 10 of the free limb of the V-shaped part may be bent back. The strip is made of resilient weatherproof and rustless metal. U.S.A. Specification 2,002,569 is referred to.
