[Class 140] [Also in Group XIII] Wall coverings comprise a layer of coir matting 3, preferably backed with a flexible rubber material 4, covered with a facing layer 5 such as wallboard, plywood or plaster board. The backing material may comprise stabilized or vulcanized rubber latex such as that known under the Registered Trade Mark " Flexeen," or a textile such as cotton, rayon, &c. surfacetreated with rubber latex.
