Abstract
An alloy which is fusion-welded to the face of a carbon steel plate to form a compound plate consists of a steel welding rod containing 0,1 per cent of carbon, 0,75 per cent of manganese, 0,5 per cent of silicon and 17-19 per cent of chromium.
