Abstract
Welding-rods are composed of an alloy steel comprising 2-30 per cent of chromium, up to 0,5 of carbon, 0,5-2,5 of tungsten or molybdenum or both and niobium in an amount at least 8 times and not over 1,5 per cent plus ten times the carbon content of the steel. The rod may be used for welding together the adjacent edges of a chromium steel containing 2-30 per cent of chromium and up to 0,5 per cent of carbon.
