[Class 80 (ii)] [See also Group XXXI] A device for shifting a cycle-chain laterally into engagement with different-sized driven sprockets, comprises smooth guide- and tensioning-rollers 1, 7, the former being provided with side-flanges 2, 3, for producing the lateral shift. The flanges 2, 3 are bolted to the tensioning-lever 6, which carries both rollers, and is shifted laterally as a unit.
