[Class 137] A ventilation nozzle extends through a spherical boss c, and is curved so that the axis of the nozzle at the inlet end is at an angle to the axis of the nozzle at the outlet end d. Rotation of the nozzle about the axis of the outlet displaces the inlet opening, whereas a gyratory movement varies the direction of the outlet. Cold and hot air are supplied through trunks a, b, openings e<1>, c<2> being provided on a spherical sleeve e, with which openings the nozzle inlet may be caused to register to receive hot and cold air in various proportions. The nozzle can also be set so that its inlet is closed by the curved socket e, f. In a modification, one opening only is provided, there being one air trunk instead of two.
