[Class 108 (ii)] In two-wheeled trailers and like vehicles collapsable or folding leg supports comprise a folding leg member, a stay member articulated to the leg member and a screw and nut adjusting and locking mechanism housed on the vehicle chassis. The support a comprises a foot portion a<1> with side arms a<2> pivoted at widely spaced points on the chassis. A stay d is pivoted to the support and to a nut b<2> slidable in a housing c by means of a screw b operated by crank &c. handle. In the form shown in Fig. 4, the support a is provided with a pivoted foot and is itself pivoted to a nut b<2> on a screw b in housing c. A stay d is pivoted to the support and to the chassis as shown. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 407,626.
