877,508. Hand trucks. KARNO, J. Jan. 14, 1960 [Jan. 15, 1959], No. 1462/59. Class 108(1). A hand truck has a U-shaped handle 22 pivoted to tubular side frame members 10, 11 held in spaced relationship by tubular members 12, 13 and by the strip member 14 having upturned ends 15. The toe plate 16 has a tubular part 18 rotatably mounted on a shaft 19 secured to the side members 12, 13 so that the toe plate may be moved upwardly into a stowed position between the side members.
