[Class 29] Absorption systems.-In an intermittent system in which liquor circulates during the generating period between a heated generator of small capacity and an unheated storage vessel, a rapid reduction of pressure and of evaporator temperature is effected at the end of the generating period by utilizing for absorption of vapour amounts of liquid collected in cooled analyzer and rectifier elements of the system. The invention is described in connection with the system set forth in Specification 431,266. Specifications 431,267 and 431,316 also are referred to.
