Convention date, March 5, 1932. Divided out of 415,417. Drawings to Specification. [Class 29.] Absorption systems.-An improved liquor heat-exchange is effected by passing through the exchanger the whole of the strong liquor from the absorber and at least as much weak liquor by weight as strong liquor in unit time. A part of the weak liquor after its passage through the liquor exchanger is branched off from the supply to the absorber, and may be used for cooling the rectifier. The invention is described in connection with the system set forth in Specification 415,417, the claims being directed to the liquor heat-exchange.
