520,978. Refrigerating. BLOCH, R. Nov. 7, 1938, No. 32161 [Class 29] Absorption systems.- In a reversing system employing calcium chloride or other dry absorbent, a condenser 2 located below the generator - absorber 1, and also below a heatinsulated refrigerant receiver 5 having a depending tubular evaporator portion 7, is surrounded by a jacket 4 containing a salt solution or like heat-storing medium, so t h a t it remains warm after the heat supply to the generator - absorber is cut off, whereby sufficient pressure remains in the condenser to expel all the condensate through the rising pipe 6 to the reciever. The condenser is connected by a single pipe 3 with the generator-absorber. Specification 462,072 is referred to.
